AVIMA - Application

Application deadline:

30th June for German and EU students
15th May for Non-EU students

We recommend applying as soon as possible -earlier than the mentioned deadline.

Students who have gained their qualifications for Master´s programmes admission abroad (Bachelor degrees etc.) will be pretested by Uni-Assist, regardless of the nationality of applicants.
They should send their application documents directly to Uni-Assist:

Required Application Documents

In order to apply you must fill out our registration application form, that can be downloaded here: AVIMA Application form

You should attach the following documents with their German or English notarised translations:

curriculum vitae
qualified Letter of Motivation
copy of the page of your passport containing the photograph (must be clearly recognizable)
2 photographs (attached to registration form)
entrance qualification to university with grades (authenticated copy)
for non-native English speakers proof of adequate competence in English (authenticated copy), any of the following: TOEFL (IBT 90), IELTS (6,5) or Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)
proof of work experience
birth certificate, if applicable certificate of naturalization (copy)
if applicable, authenticated copies of certificates of school and university education including copies of reports, other certificates of performance etc.
if applicable, authenticated copy of university entrance examination certificate
if applicable, certificate of deregistration from a university
if applicable, proof of vocational training (authenticated copy)

Please do not send original certificates but only officially authenticated copies.

Additional requirements for applicants from the People's Republic of China (not including Hong Kong and Macao): see the detailed programme Manual, that is send by us on request.

Additional requirements for applicants from India: Our university only accepts copies of certificates that have been authenticated by either the institution that issued the certificates or by a German authority.

Prerequisites

University-level qualification in engineering or business (Bachelor’s degree, Diploma degree)
Fluent command of English (TOEFL, IELTS or CPE for non-native speakers)
no less then one year work experience after University degree

Fees

9.300 EUR study fees for the two-year programme.
